General description

A potent, cell-permeable, and irreversible inhibitor of caspase-5. Strongly inhibits caspase-1. Also inhibits caspase-4 and caspase-8.

A potent, cell-permeable and irreversible inhibitor of caspase-5 (ICE_rel-III, TY), as well as caspase-1 and caspase-4.
